Can this be used for fairing instead of micro-balloons?
I'm prepping my epoxy for painting and have lots of shiny spots throughout the gray. It has been recommended that I use micro-balloons for fairing, but I already have cell-o-fill. Can I fair, if that's a verb, with cell-o-fill?
