how to remove bubbles and lint from seal coat? Can I sand, reapply that spot or coat the whole thing again?

after applying the seal coat I missed a few air bubbles and a piece of lint that was not removed. Can I sand the bubbles and lint out and then apply to those spots and follow after they dry with a top layer>

You would want to let the seal coat cure for at least 24 hours, sand away your imperfections and atleast half way through the cavity of each bubble. After sanding be sure to vacuum and wipe down with a lint free rag soaked in alcohol or acetone, and then go ahead and overcoat. If you did not have to sand down to bare wood, you can proceed to the thicker flood coat. If you have raw wood anywhere, you should add another seal coat before proceeding to a flood coat.
