Can very fine sand be added to EnviroTex Lite, and if so, what proportions of sand and resin would be appropriate?
EnviroTex Lite
I am building a 1/87 scale model diorama and want to create a "quicksand-looking pool" with figures trapped in it. Any suggestions on sand/resin mixtures (1:1, 2:1, 1:2) needed to create this effect? Thank you.

Sorry for the delayed response. You can absolutely mix sand with resin. How much you will need to create a quicksand effect may take some trial and error. Keep in mind, every project is unique. What works well for one person, might not be the best approach for another. Feel free to experiment. When in doubt, small scale testing is always a good idea.
