Generally speaking, epoxy works well as a barrier coat, but MAS Penetrating Epoxy Sealer has never been tested for chemical resistance or permeability against creosote.
Will this sealer neutralize harmful phenols from creosote, as I am using old railway sleepers indoors. Penetrating Epoxy Resin Wood Hardener & Sealer
